I have been a volunteer ski instructor teaching adaptive skiing to people with disabilities since 1996.
As a certified yoga teacher, I offer adaptive yoga classes to the greater Seattle area through my Seattle Adaptive Yoga program.
In an effort to help others tell their stories, I offer writing workshops for the homeless and to those living with, or caring for, people with disability.
