Yoga customized to meet your needs. Private sessions are great for preparing you for (and staying safe in) group classes. All yoga classes include meditation practice.
I began working as a volunteer ski instructor teaching adaptive skiing to people with disabilities in 1996 and still teach off and on.
As a certified yoga teacher, I offer adaptive yoga classes to the greater Seattle area through my Seattle Adaptive Yoga program.
In an effort to help others tell their stories, I offer writing workshops for the homeless and to those living with, or caring for, people with disability, terminal illness and addiction.
As a volunteer with hospice, I provide support, companionship and respite.
