Breath carries us through challenges and renews our spirit on the other side.

As a gateway to the soul, our breath brings us to a place of wholeness, joy, and inner peace, where answers to our deepest questions naturally arise. I aim to inspire others to reconnect with their spiritual core, using the power of breath as a path toward health, harmony, and happiness.

I work to help clients manage PTSD along with those who are navigating the throes of addiction. I have learned to manage my own C-PTSD using the same tools and techniques I teach others. My personal experience regarding addiction is with family members; which fuels my desire to help others who struggle with the same.

At Oxygen Advantage, Patrick McKeown teaches the breath from a biochemistry, biomechanics and psychophysiological (mind-body connection) point of view, which integrates beautifully with a meditation practice.
