What I’m Reading…
My reading pile includes a diverse mix of genres—from spirituality to political to science-fiction—but, mostly, I read nonfiction. I am currently studying with Patrick McKeown, and his books are part of the coursework but are written for anyone interested in learning more about the science of breath. I have discovered a love for philosophy and recommend a few books that have captured my attention. As a student of the art and science of yoga, I recommend writings by Paramhansa Yogananda; in particular, his books on the life of Jesus.

My services integrate all the things that have helped me improve my health and sense of wellbeing. These include writing, meditation, Hatha yoga, energy medicine, and space clearing. At the heart of everything, though, is the breath. All of life needs to breathe in order to contract, expand, and evolve.
